Text Box: How much notice do I need to give?
“I prefer a minimum of at least a week’s notice in order to shop and prepare, however, depending on my diary and the contents of my larder I may just be able to conjure up a cake in 24 hours!”
What about delivery?
“Free delivery within a 5 mile radius of North Oxford.  Please contact me for delivery charges outside this area.  Regretfully no postal orders.”
How fresh are the cakes?
“As fresh as possible!  I will aim to bake your cake no more than 2 days before delivery and if it needs to be earlier I will tell you when you place your order.”
What about nuts and other food allergies?
“I will do my best to cater for any food allergies.  Many of my cakes do not contain nuts, however, I am unable to guarantee that they do not contain nut traces.  I do not make gluten-free or dairy-free cakes.  My fruit cake contains alcohol.”
How do I store my cake?
“Keep in a cool dark place in an airtight container (not in the fridge unless it contains fresh cream).  Sponge cake should last for up to a week and fruit cake for a few months.  My cakes do not contain preservatives.  Please contact me if you are thinking of freezing your cake as some cakes freeze better than others.”
